This is the second time I have used CDM through the Costco Mortgage website. Exceptional service with high praises for honesty and integrity. I would not look anywhere else for lending needs. Dean Fiore and team are 2nd to none!

Very responsive and detail oriented. Good rates, low fees. Would highly recommend them. Our loan was for a VA repossession and had special requirements.

From the beginning to closure, the team was there and very responsive. They answered all my questions and made the process very enjoyable. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism from everyone.

One of the best Mortgage Companies out there! The team was extremely knowledgable and prompt to answer any questions/issues.

Excellent Experience The process was seamless. It was low stress, organized and completed in a timely manner. Best refinance we have ever experienced and we have happily recommended Consumer Direct Mortgage to our friends and coworkers.

EXCELLENT experience with the Loan Officer right from the get go, process went smoothly, and got a fabulous rate! My refi closed in just under a month with no issues. The website for First Bank is easy to use and provides the option of making my payment online, mailing in a check, or as an auto debit. Very happy so far; just closed in November. And I'm a Realtor and former loan officer, so I'm very particular.

Exceptional service! Very satisfied and will use them again. Recommend to anyone who is looking to refinance their property.

Great service, great deal. I've used them multiple times and will continue to use them!
