Easy to work with, communication was excellent

Charles was our loan officer. He was so great to work with through the whole process. We even had to contact him on a weekend while we were house hunting. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about everything. We also got a great percentage rate.

I felt we actually removed middlemen from the mortgage processing value stream. The rate we obtained was lower than published rates. Service was top-notch and cycle time from beginning to end was easily 1/2 faster than any previous mortgage experience.

I have used consumer direct mortgage services several times and each time my care and issues were taken care of. I might’ve had a few issues with the underwriters requesting too much info during my last takeover and refinancing of a home that was bought originally with a friend. We have moved in permanently and are very happy. Dean Fiore always was there to answer any questions I may have had. Whether it was simple or whether it was complicated. If I need to come back for a mortgage I would absolutely come back to Consumer direct mortgage services and go through Dean again.
