The refinance process was an excellent experience. The entire staff was efficient, quick, knowledgeable, and professional. We applied on November 9, 2021 and funded by November 30, 2021!! Yes, that quick. I would highly recommend using Consumer Direct to anyone that we know or whomever reads this review.

Our experience was excellent. We felt supported and not pressured. All departments were very responsive as our loan passed through the assembly line. We also felt that it was easy to decide on the loan terms that were best for us - many choices. I was skeptical of getting a mortgage through the internet but have no regrets.
