All items went fairly well. I would have preferred more periodic updates during the process which I could not ascertain when accessing my account during the processing. Also, I was asked to provide the same documents a couple of times.

Consumer Direct had excellent rates and were always friendly to work with. I had to ride them pretty hard towards the end to close on time, but ultimately we closed as scheduled and have a great rate.

Customer service was great. There was a mistake in underwriting that was corrected but I had to catch it. It had the potential to cost me thousands of dollars. It was rectified quickly and didn’t affect closing. Overall it was a good and quick experience.

The Loan Officer Gigi DiPofi was fabulous. The processer was lacking. But overall, we were very satisfied.

First time to refinance over the phone and internet. Was not a bad experience other than not being able to communicate face to face with someone and some of the statements required (entire 401k statement when inquiring about my 401k loan). Everyone that I did communicate with was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Also was nice that closing was handled at my home. Thanks again to everyone that assisted with our refinancing.

Fast servicing starting the process. Sometimes communication via text and email took time causing us to lose out in a 1,000 credit. Pretty smooth process but would have loved to say that 1,000 dollars
