Consumer Direct was a fast, easy and organized way to refinance my home loan. Most of the paperwork was completed and verified online. It was clear where we were in the process the entire time. The communication was great. They handled everything and even had the notary set up to meet me during lunch at work! I would definitely consider them again and the rates were very competitive.

The rate was the best, the paperwork and closing were smooth enough to recommend. I would do it again but I hate refinancing. However it’s worth the pain.
