I found ConsumerDirectMortgage through CostCo. They were one of 5 recommended providers. Their response was prompt, their proposal was by far the best overall. My loan officer was Chris Finley and he was great. The process was nearly fully automated/web based. Approval was quick and the whole process took less that 30 days from quote to funding. I highly recommend ConsumerDirectMortgage.

Everything went fine with the mortgage, we had a misstep part way through the application process but you were very gracious in correcting everything and the end result was the mortgage refinancing as requested.

Consumer Direct has been great. I have actually refinanced twice with them. After my first refi the rates dropped quite a bit and my point of contact reached out to me to let me know that they had dropped in case I wanted to refi again with a credit towards the costs. I really appreciated this level of attentiveness as well as the timely processing of everything from beginning to end.

The process took time but this team kept me informed on the next step. The "Dean" team have excellent communication and customer service skills. They were very responsive to my emails or voice messages. ConsumerDirect rates were very competitive and bit lower, but their closing costs were extremely lower. In fact, within two years, rates dropped even lower. I researched rates and closing costs of various companies and the economics favored ConsumerDirect and I refinanced again.
