I had a great experience working with Dylan on my home loan. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and collaborative throughout the process. He explained things clearly and patiently, offered competitive terms, worked closely with his internal team, and helped close the loan on a very tight timeline. I also appreciated how he balanced both customer needs and lender requirements professionally.

I was nervous about using an online mortgage broker, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Real Genius again. The entire process was as seamless as it could be. The team was responsive, efficient, and extremely organized. The title company said they had never heard of Real Genius but went out of their way to share how fast and thorough the information flow was. I just can’t say enough about how easy they made the process and, most importantly, every number at closing was almost exactly what they said it would be in the initial quote.
