I initially found Consumer Direct through the Costco Mortgage program several years ago. When rates were dropping further last year, my banker Cody reached back out to tell me about additional savings. Both times he and the processor Faride were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I've recommended them several times to family and friends!

Great Customer Service

Consumer Direct is easy to work with, with great customer service. Rates were better than other mortgage companies, and banks. Review and processing was fast and easy.

On top of having the best rates and lowest fees I could find, the underwriting and closing process were very smooth and easy. I have no complaints and have recommended CDM to others.

I connected with them through Costco and I am glad that I did. The rate and service were both great. They were the first to call me after initiating a request on the Costco site and had the best rate but all of the companies rates were fairly consistent. Consumer Direct also had the lowest fees and the loan officer (Luis) who initially contacted me provided all of the information I needed without any pressure. The processor who I worked with (Angel) during three weeks it took close was also great and provided timely communication throughout the process.
