Excellent team

No issues so far.

Got me the advertised rate. Was clear about the paperwork I needed and the transaction went through. Nothing bad to say.

I had mortgage with consumerdirect mortgage twice They are awesome in everything fast and smooth best rate

Jerry with CDM handled our refinance after our initial attempt with another mortgage company was a disaster. We were able to close within 2 months during the pandemic. I appreciated that Jerry answered emails promptly during our closing process and didn't delegate to someone else within his team.

I was very pleased with their help with refinancing and closing for two of my houses.

Best mortgage company I have ever worked with. Responsive, helpful, fast approval process, and great rate.

Process was smooth and clear. Excellent team to work with.
