Very professional services, very efficient underwriting and the whole closing process went very smoothly. Loved that there were no lender closing fees!

A wonderful experience at every step! Professional, timely and extremely competitive rate…….saved me $600/month—got it all done while I was on vacation, too. Would recommend Consumer Direct Mortgage to everyone.

Easy application and response from loan manager. Rates were competitive and easily navagible.

I have now completed my third refinance with Erik Elsasser and the Consumer Direct group. I have had a great, attentive experience each time, and have had zero issues. Highest recommendations.

Consumer Direct was incredibly responsive and professional. Dean Christopoul did a great job and was with me every step of the way.

The experience with ConsumerDirect Mortgage was exceptionally great! It started with a friendly welcome and commitment from the agent to walk with me to the end. This is exactly what happened! The process is simple and smooth. I felt from the agent and other partners in the process, a genuine concern for my success in obtaining a refi! Their service and support was excellent!

It was simple and quickly got my loan done. I appreciate how efficient it was and no problems getting my loan.

It was a smooth process, super fast, all from home and great interest. All the representatives were super helpful and the communication was great.
