This is my third time working with Real Genius, and every single time I've come away impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and overall customer service. Yes, their rates and fees are lower than the competition, but that wouldn't matter much without the customer service and professional skills they bring to the table. I regularly recommend Real Genius to friends and family.

From the very beginning Rod Davis was there to walk me through every step, it was my first time buying a house and had no clue on what I was doing. He definitely helped me get through the process!!

Our experience was great. Dean Fiore was attentive and informative beyond what we could have imagined. All avenues were discussed to our liking. Trey Estes was quick to communicate and closing was a simple process. We appreciate the whole process with Real Genius and will return if we have loan needs in the future.

Joel Bolton was amazingly easy to work with. Great, timely service and a fantastic rate. He made the whole process painless and without any worry. Closed on time and without delay. Highly recommend.

Trish was great to work with! She was both attentive and responsive. Whenever we had questions or needed clarification, she was quick to jump into ation and make things happen. We had a small hiccup a day before closing and she and her team rallied to make sure there were no delays, and our escrow team raved about their responsiveness. You'll be in good hands with Trish on your buying or refinancing team!

Competitive rates, very responsive and a quick close! Pat Moore was great!

Pat basically held our hand the whole way. We have used him for another home purchase a couple of years ago and we liked the service and the competitive interest rates. Our awesome realtor and seller said they would prefer a local lender, but we decided we’d prefer to go with O Pat Moore and he and his team were great. They helped us close in well under 30 days and worked to let us sign and close before we went on vacation.
