Real GeniusReviews of realgenius.com

Trish made my buying experience very easy. She is very approachable and gave me the best rates in the market, gave proper advice to lock the rates, and followed up regularly. because of that, I could close on time. I Will definitely recommend Real Genious and Trish for future help with financing.

Frank White made my home buying experience easy. He was always available to answer any questions I had and knew more about the lending process than anyone I've ever met. I will definitely use Frank for any future lending needs. A+ service!

Excellent and efficient service!

We had been working with a local mortgage company here in Atlanta and expected to go with them. This company was offering a "free" refinance down the road as an incentive to go with them. Just as a "high level" check, I decided to get a quote from Real Genius. The rate quote came back more than 75 bps lower than the rate I had from the original company! This lower rate way more than offset the savings from the "free refinance" offered from the first company. I switched over to Real Genius and Trish McCall and her team got us pre-approved in 1 day. Super easy to close within a 30 day period. Highly recommend Real Genius!

Very approachable and gave me the best rates in the whole market. Pat Moore was the one that handled me as he was recommended by my friend. He made sure he followed up regularly so that I could close on time. Will definitely reach out to him future help with financing.
