Real GeniusReviews of realgenius.com

I had a very good experience with Real Genius. They offered very competitive rate and the amount that I needed to purchase the home. They are very responsive at all the questions and steps. They kept me informed at all times and worked with my realtor and insurance company to get the closing done on time! The closing process is super easy since a lot of the forms are also signed electronically. Definitely recommend them to others for home loan!

Once again Dean has done a great job helping us find the best option for our needs, keeping us informed of progress, and helping us make decisions with great advice throughout the process. Great customer service and responsiveness and being available all hours of the day to answer our questions and give updates.

Real Genius made the process of buying our first home as simple and stress free as buying a home can be. They were responsive, answered all of our questions kindly and promptly, and were a relief to work with after feeling taken advantage of by a previous lender. Our mortgage banker, Frank, was a joy to work with, and we ended up paying significantly less than we originally planned to on the loan process. I will definitely use Real Genius again in the future!

Great team, very knowledgeable, and fast! No reason not to do business with this terrific team.

Elyse Long helped me during a period of highly volatile interest rate environment. Real Genius was among the top lenders with the best rates and offered what they advertised. Elyse was so responsive in giving me quotes and processed my application so quickly. I really appreciate her help and would use the service again

John was wonderful. Not only did he work to give me a great rate, he also matched it after producing my initial loan offer. John was responsive, kind, and, knowledgable. He knows his business and made me feel secure about the process. He was transparent about all facets in order to best prepare me for the next steps after the loan application.

Joel Bolton was our initial contact at Real Genius and remained in touch throughout the process. Both Joel and James Baxter, the loan processor, were very responsive to questions and concerns. They also were very helpful when we made some changes during the application phase. I would definitely recommend them to others seeking a mortgage loan.

Real Genius is the best! Fred, James, John and Kimberly all kept us updated the whole way through, answered all questions we had promptly, and held true to what they told us at the beginning of the process. I could not recommend Real Genius more highly!
