Seamless and easy process with Real Genius! Mike and James were easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. Being a first time home buyer, I was especially appreciative of the updates and guidance of next steps throughout the process.

Brian G got me the best rate and coached me through the process. Closing was a smooth process too. I'd happily recommend Real Genius to my friends and family.

excellent company. Mr. Mike Eller was the best! when a bank wouldn't even try to give me an FHA loan, he worked hard and got me an FHA loan. He was always available to answer all of my 100's of questions. Walked me through every step. This was my first time buying a house. I've always heard buying a house is very stressful and it is. But Mr. Mike and John made it as less stressful as possible. I highly recommend this company to anyone that's buying a home.

I worked with Mike & Team for my loan process. They gave me the best interest rate in the market & made the process smooth as butter. Will definitely recommend Real Genius to everyone. Mike’s team was always reachable whenever I had any little doubt with any of the paper work. One of the best in the market.
