Communication wasn't the best…
Communication wasn't the best experience. It made me feel like I was being scammed because I was waiting for updates and didn't receive much communication throughout the process. My ESA letter also had the wrong birthday listed, which was frustrating. That being said, they did follow through on what they promised. I received my letter in less than 24 hours, which I really appreciated. They were also kind and willing to help correct the mistake. Overall, while the communication could be improved, they did deliver the service they advertised.

Letter Denied - No Refund Issued…
They sent me a letter from a therapist in California and I stated numerous times that I live in Alabama. They would not change the letter or give a refund. Alabama law states that the letter has to be from a licensed therapist in Alabama in order to be legal here!

RealESAletter was the perfect service for me during quarantine while i was unable to see my regular therapist and needed a letter for housing my ESA dog.
