Communication wasn't the best…
Communication wasn't the best experience. It made me feel like I was being scammed because I was waiting for updates and didn't receive much communication throughout the process. My ESA letter also had the wrong birthday listed, which was frustrating. That being said, they did follow through on what they promised. I received my letter in less than 24 hours, which I really appreciated. They were also kind and willing to help correct the mistake. Overall, while the communication could be improved, they did deliver the service they advertised.
