RealDoll started in 1997, in a supply closet at a Halloween mask factory in California. The founder, a working sculptor, pictured a world where humans and technology could coexist and create together. The first figure took eight months, four hundred pounds of plaster, and a quiet collection of silicone samples stored under his desk. That figure became the foundation for everything the company has built since.Nearly thirty years later, RealDoll products are still designed, sculpted, painted, assembled, and finished by hand inside the Las Vegas studio — by an in-house team of artists, fabricators, engineers, and roboticists. They robbed me of almost $1000
They robbed me of almost $1000 by not ever shipping my order or refunding me. When i tried to chargeback my card, they fabricated proof that they delivered the product and my chargeback was denied. SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE

One year since order, no news, and nothing shipped
Ordered 14th August 2023, it's been a year now. They cashed in my order immediatly thaugh. Customer service never answered my emails. I managed to get an answer via the chat on their website about three months ago, saying they were sorry and would send the order before the end of the month. No news since.

Please do not make any purchases from…
Please do not make any purchases from this company. They are giving expected delivery times that are not factual at all. I have been waiting for 1 year now I purchased August 2023 and still haven't received anything. I sent numerous numbers of emails and it takes them a while to reply. So far I've sent 2 more emails this last month and have yet to hear anything from them. I don't know if the company is struggling but for the price they are charging no one should have to go through this. It's at the point where they need to just send everyone their money back and go back to the building board and figure out how they can keep up with the demand to avoid this from happening

Horrible experience
Wow, I wish I read all the reviews before purchasing! I purchased jones May 24 and it's still in ordered status, and don't think i'll ever get it

4-6 weeks ends up "Over 8 Months"
They should be honest on their Website. Website says 4-6 weeks. I am over 2 months waiting. After contacting them, they send me an email saying it may be "another 6 Months!" So much dishonest out there and misleading information when you order. Had I known, I would not have purchased and had them charge my card if it would take a Total of over 8 months to get it. I will NOT be doing business with them in the future.
