The customer service is extremely supportive, rapid responses and truly care about you as a patient/customer. Requested a new medication and was approved, advised I needed them to push the delivery date out as I will be out of state and they were able to do it in just a few minutes. I have an other medication through a different Telehealth and will be transferring that to ReadyRx!!!!
