Had a horrible adverse reaction to their NAD nasal spray after the first use and they refused to provide adjustment. Find a company that actually cares about the wellbeing of their customers, instead of just seeing dollars signs! Update** I’m not upset that the prescription and doctor’s visit wasn’t “free of charge”. I’m upset I’m stuck paying the full charge of $170 for something I cannot use and made me violently ill and not being offered even the slightest compensation for. I really hope the DEA cracks down on these online RX companies as it sounds like there is no oversight or recourse for adverse reactions.

Beth, I’m sorry you felt unwell after using the NAD+ nasal spray. Your safety matters. Our clinicians can review what happened with you and advise on next steps. Because prescriptions are prepared and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy, they can’t be returned or refunded once issued, which follows standard pharmacy policy. If you’d like a clinician follow-up or to report an adverse event, please reach us from your patient dashboard or 310-878-1003. Our Care Team is available Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 5 PM Pacific. —The ReadyRx Team
