I have been impressed with everything about RxReady, except one thing. When my shipment first arrived there was zero directions covering the basics. Remember for most of us, self-injecting ourselves is a little scary at first. Hold our hands and walk us thru it.

I did not receive the vial stated on the website which led to some confusion.... However, not an expert nor pharmacist ReadyRx's Cus. service reached out to assist my interpretation of my NAD prescription which equates to what I received. Excellent and immediate feedback clarifies my trust that I will further my purchases of ReadtRx's scripts. Thanks for the support!

I’ve been with Ready RX for less than a month. I had a issue caused by my own self and ReadyRX has been there to answer my questions and help resolve my issue. I’m waiting on my refill. So far the company has done a great job. The pharmacy also!!

June 12th 2025 I received the help I needed. Thanks to a customer service employee who was brilliant in showing empathy and kindness that expedited my concerns and produced results needed. I look forward to continuing working with the company in the future. I had contacted them the 5th of May 2025 to cancel the NADs only. Because I did not return the phone call to immediately the charge my account. I wrote several emails and even sent texts to the doctor. These people didn’t respond to anything. I have backup of the numerous messages and finally reach them. The representative said she had cancelled the NADs that day and would send me a email per the transactions we discussed. She did not do any of this. Again sent out correspondence to settle this. Finally called and was transferred to Stephanie who was part of a team to review refunds. She did canceled the NADs but was supposed to contact me on Friday but if not in Monday on June 9th. I again sent a message to customer service asking her to please call me. No reply on Monday or Tuesday. They now have charged me for the NADs for June. They also charge me 299 for the Semaglutide which has not been order or delivered. So I am late with my shot.
