I knew what to do upon receiving it. Amazing packaging! It shows how seriously you value your own product. It assures me the temp stayed consistent throughout its travels and that cleanliness is a paramount concern. The instructions were detailed, thorough and clear. I love that they included putting same amount of air into the vials. The messaging in emails the day of receipt is top notch.
