Their NAD+ injectable was ineffective... Used for 6 months, higher dose, and still nothing. I switched to buying here because of less cost compared to my functional health doctor. When I decided to cancel, they don't accept cancellations too well. I had to get disrespectful to persuade the cancellation which is unnecessary. Do not recommend doing business with Ready RX, take your money elsewhere.

Hi Christopher, we’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our team’s goal during cancellation conversations is to review available options and support continuity of care when possible, but cancellation should never feel difficult or frustrating. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving the experience.

READYRX IS A SCAM
To sum it up, my experience with ReadyRX has been extremely concerning and unacceptable.
UPS lost my package. ReadyRX initially instructed me to wait until UPS completed and closed the claim investigation. As soon as UPS confirmed that the package was lost, I immediately contacted ReadyRX regarding next steps. UPS also informed me that they would be reaching out to the shipper (ReadyRX) directly regarding the claim.
At that point, I requested a refund since I never received the product I paid for. ReadyRX refused and stated that the order could not be refunded because it had already been dispensed, and that the only available option was a reshipment. Based on that information, I agreed to proceed with a reshipment instead.
However, on May 1, Andrea from Customer Service emailed me stating:
“The pharmacy is unable to proceed with a reshipment due to the amount of time that has passed since the original order. As a result, a new order will need to be placed to continue with your medication.”
No refund was ever issued, and despite the package being confirmed lost by UPS, ReadyRX is now requiring me to place an entirely new order and pay the full amount again.
This situation was caused by the shipping/delivery failure — not by the customer — yet the customer is the one being penalized financially for a lost shipment. Throughout this process, there was poor communication, lack of transparency regarding alleged time limits for reshipment, and failure to properly assist after the package was confirmed lost.
Based on my experience, I believe ReadyRX’s handling of this situation is deceptive, unfair, and completely unacceptable.
Response from ReadyRxMay 14, 2026
We’re sorry for the frustration around your lost package and understand how disappointing that experience would be. Our team reported the issue to the pharmacy and requested a reshipment once the lost package concern was reviewed. Since fulfilled medications are not eligible for refund, reshipment was the available resolution, and our Care Team can continue assisting with that process directly.

I am going to recommend anyone…
I am going to recommend anyone considering taking semorilin to not use this company. I ordered over 3 weeks ago and have not received my order yet. And then, they had the nerve to charge me for the 2nd round of treatment before me sending me the first one. Use another company.

STAY AWAY!!
STAY AWAY!!! IT’S A SCAM!!! This company is hands down the most Duplicitous company I’ve ever heard of and had the displeasure of working with. They are so sweet, accommodating and seem genuinely concerned about you and your goals. That all ends the very second your money is in their hands. The second you pay, they are gone!!! They spend literal weeks filling the prescription and when you try to contact them? There is no way to do it but through a message board as to which they never respond to any messages. They have no number to call. Do not waste a penny it’s a complete SCAM!

Hi A.G., we’re sorry for the frustration and for the delay in getting an update back to you. Your order was affected by a pharmacy processing delay, and our team has emailed you with tracking now that it has shipped. We do have phone support at 310-878-1003, and our Care Team would be happy to review this with you directly.

Stay far away from this scam of a…
Stay far away from this scam of a company if you cancel your subscription they will charge you anyway and tell you the money is being credited to your account when you want to restart the prescription instead of giving you a refund. They are a scam and a nightmare to deal with. They will keep calling you trying to get you to resubscribe do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else
Response from ReadyRxApr 29, 2026
Matthew, we’re sorry for the frustration and understand why this felt like a difficult experience.
To clarify, the charge you’re seeing was processed before your cancellation request was completed, which is why it remained on the account. At the time of your follow-up, no medication had been shipped, and you were given the option to either receive the medication you had already paid for or proceed with a refund. Based on our records, you chose to move forward with receiving the medication.
We also want to be clear that once a cancellation is completed, you are not billed for future renewals. Any outreach from our team is intended to support or clarify next steps, not to pressure you.
We understand this situation could have been communicated more clearly from the start, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I placed an order for medicine which was over $500. They sent me just a box with syringes in it and no actual medicine. When I informed them, I waited over a week to hear back from them. After speaking with 3 different people trying to get this resolved, they told me I was outside the window to inform them of their mistake and they refused to either refund my money or re-send what I had initially ordered. Actual theft.
Response from ReadyRxApr 28, 2026
Kyle, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the circumstances you shared with our team. We understand this has been a difficult situation, and we truly regret the frustration it’s caused.
When the issue was reported, it was unfortunately outside the pharmacy’s required reporting window for shipment discrepancies. We did submit a reshipment request on your behalf and escalated your situation given what you were going through, but the pharmacy ultimately declined it based on their policy.
We also attempted to reach out multiple times after delivery to ensure everything arrived correctly, but we were not able to connect until later. We understand how timing and personal circumstances can impact this, and we did make every effort to advocate for you once we were able to speak.
We know this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re truly sorry for that. If you’d like to continue the conversation, our team is still here to review anything further with you.

I had NAD ÷order with Ready Rx that was…
I had NAD ÷order with Ready Rx that was clearly canceled before fulfillment. I was told the order would not be processed and that the charge was only pending.
Despite this, the pending charge later moved to a completed charge. During this time, I was told the issue was with my bank, but my bank confirmed that was not the case. I also disputed the charge, yet the status continued to show that Ready Rx was “finalizing” the payment.
At this point, it appears the payment has been fully processed even though the order was never intended to be filled. Ready rx miss lead the state of kansas. They knew that kansaa wasnt on the list for services rendered. Still took my money. Now its been hostaged for 9 days.I have requested a refund but have not yet received a resolution.
Based on my experience, I recommend closely monitoring your bank statements if you deal with this company, especially if an order is canceled. A pending charge does not necessarily mean it will be released
Wow! Update they sent me email asking me to finsh srtting up my longevity account. It was supose to be canceled! SCAM!!!!!!
Response from ReadyRxApr 20, 2026
Rachelle, we understand how this situation would feel concerning, and we want to clarify what actually occurred.
Your order was never processed or charged. When you initially completed your intake, an authorization hold was placed, which is standard to verify payment details. After you requested cancellation, our team voided that authorization on the same day. This means the hold was released and no funds were captured by ReadyRx.
What you were seeing on your end was the timing of how your bank displays pending transactions versus when they fall off. Your bank can confirm that no completed charge was processed by us.
Regarding the follow-up emails, those were automated messages triggered by an incomplete order and not an indication of an active subscription or new charge.
We understand how the combination of these events could feel confusing, but at no point was your account charged or an order fulfilled. If you would like, our team is happy to walk through this with you directly for full clarity.
