Resolved a Downhill Mishap.
My initial experience with ReadyRx was relatively positive. I was happy to start and felt confident with ReadyRx because of all the positive reviews. I received my medication and then began the process. It was a little unclear as to when (day or time of day) to take the medicine. The only information that I did receive was about how to administer and dosage. I had to check multiple times. After a month and a half in, I am waiting on my third vial as I have not received any information about that. I emailed, no response. I called they said they would check then no call back. At one point I called, got disconnected and they never called me back. I emailed and no response until I had to call them again. I finally get a hold of someone on the phone and they said that it has been sent out. I was tracking the UPS and took the day off work to wait all day at home and no update only to find that UPS says that delivery was attempted. Long story short I had been trying to follow up and all customer service tells me that the delivery is attempted so they will check on their back end. No update on their end and I had to call again. I end up receiving the package a month later from the prescription date and had to throw it out because the medicine was no longer potent - which ready rx advised me to do. They said they would send out a new script and for me to wait. I waited for over two weeks for a proper update to find out today that they can't do anything for me and that the script says delivered so that's that. I paid for 3 months of medicine to receive only 1.5 months worth of medicine and to be told nothing can be done for me. The more infuriating aspect is that while I am waiting for my update I get charged for my subscription. The way they have played things out is that because I was not there to receive the package, when at this point I had taken two days off work to be at home to receive the package, that they cannot do anything for me. I had explained to them multiple times and yet no help and no level of compensation or anything. My 1.5 month progress also gone. They are happy to take my money and do not care whether the customer receives the medicine when they are meant to, whether they are on it or receiving benefits. The rep who I spoke to said "I can reach out to our back end team again but there is not much guarantee you will receive a different answer". I asked to speak to a supervisor and the phone rep said I would have to wait a few hours to receive a call back. Disregarding whether or not I was free at that time or able to speak at that time. I had to ask around what time I should look out for so I can answer the phone. Unbelievably unprofessional and awful customer service experience. Edit: They have since escalated the situation and have resolved things for me on my end. I still had to go through this entire process for my case to be flagged and still requires me to wait to receive certain prescriptions but I do appreciate the efforts they have made to rectify the situation.
