Issue with delivery. They emailed saying it was delivered. Package went all over the place, but nowhere near my city. Tracking info easily proves this. Said shipment was returned. Its been weeks and they haven't given me another shipment or my money back.

This company is such a scam! They tell you you will consult with a doctor… but you don’t. They just mail the medication and if you have any questions, you can talk to their AI assistant. WOW! But that’s not even the worse part!!! I ordered NAD and b12 shots. Per their own guidelines, I was supposed to have 2 shots a week for NAD and 2 for b12 for one month supply. That means 16 syringes are needed to administer the injections. They only sent me 8. I called and advised them of situation and the lady said there is nothing she can do! I am only asking for them to send me enough syringes to use the medication for per their own suggestions of how often to use.. and they won’t!! am not going to reuse syringes or double up on medication. Apparently they don’t care. This stuff is not cheap and their lack of care is shocking. I asked to ship the medication back that has not been opened and they refused! They also refuse to cancel my quarterly subscription until I call them again which is ridiculous. Clearly they are just trying to make it as difficult as possible.

ReadyRx fraudulently bills people despite not shipping their orders. Despite me telling them to stop charging my card as I never received my order, they refuse to stop charging me yet I still have not even received the first order. They also force you to agree to at least one more future charge to cancel it. This company should be investigated.

I ordered NAD injectable that is supposed to be refrigerated and was shipped with three ice packs. It arrived and not only were the ice packs melted. They were warm – not room temperature either. Rather than say, it is safe and 100% potency as it is supposed to be, they say just because it was warm does not mean that there’s anything wrong with it. There is a huge difference and we are talking about something that is injected into your body.

I’ve dealt with ReadyRx in the past and had a good experience, however, this go around, I was titrating up every 2 weeks to the highest dosage and an agent moved my shipment to September! I have now been without meds for weeks due to the delays from docs responding to the company and ReadyRx to ‘keep being patient’. The longer you hold out, the sicker you get when you do inject. Very disappointed especially from a company I once trusted.

Trying to cancel- can’t get a response! Poor guidance from china based company who fills scripts for sermoralin and provides “coaching”

Refused to cancel subscription. Billed credit card after explicit instructions not to. Getting a complete run around for a refund. My wife has made over 25 telephone calls. Aggravation Aggravation Aggravation The day after this review posted a refund was given too my wife less $190.00. We cannot recommend this company to anyone.

STAY AWAY!!! I strongly believe that they pay for their excellent reviews. The company is bunch of scammers and crooks. They left my Glutathione injectable medicine outside for 2 days, when I opened it it was hot and the icepacks were hot . When I called them they did not even care instead they told me it is still effective even though I have noticed that my blemishes were beginning to come back after they have been gone for a month or two. Meaning the medicine was no longer effective after being left outside for few days. When I called requesting a replacement or a refund the lady was impossible and rude. I will not be buying for these fraudsters anymore and I am not letting them get away from this.
