Worst company ever . If they got your credit card and you want to cancel it. Impossible they will continue charging it and sending you staff that been canceled . Be aware.

They do not understand how overnight shipping works. Overnight ups only works Monday through Thursday. My last 4 shipments shipped on the weekend so when I received my peptides they were hot and even though everything you research online says that compounded sermorelin can not reach room temperature or it's rendered useless, they sent something typed up by a supposed biologist that said they could survive a 114° temperature for 7 days. Really? They basically stole $500 from me and never offered any way to solve the issue except some fake note that an office assistant probably typed up

Absolutely horrendous. I got my first order of sermorellin and decided I would switch my plan to quarterly using an FSA card. It was last I counted 7 days for an approval (still pending) Run around after runaround. People would call with roosters crowing in the background and kids screaming (Crystal). Then my wife tried to order some peptides and because our address was the same they wouldn’t let her order anything. So we called and called and emailed. Tried to cancel, but because they owe me a prescription that I already paid for, they wouldn’t let me cancel. Buyer beware and go away. Their customer service and “backend” team is horrible. I took my business to Male MD

If I could give zero stars, I would. The medication ships from Florida and I am in California. It did not stay cold overnight. Also, I ordered a three month supply and the second vile had me injecting less than the first. When I called to question this I was told it was my responsibility to let the care team know I wanted an increase. I had asked for an increase so why would I expect a decrease??? Makes zero sense. When I called to get a refund for the third vile, I was told they deduct the full cost of the medication (buying 3 months worth is discounted) so instead of dividing it across three months, I got $50 back for the third vile. On top of terrible customer service, the medication did absolutely nothing to curb food noise and I lost zero pounds.

I placed my order!! The money was removed from my bank account and the order was never delivered!! I am filing a fraud case and dispute of charges with my bank!

This company seems dishonest. I started NAD+ in June, I canceled the plan 2 weeks later. It is July 31 and they have shipped me additional product. Which means I am getting billed again. I made it crystal clear I wanted no more product, no membership, no more association with ReadyRx and here they are. I had a long, frustrating conversation with ReadyRx, as they don’t seem to want to allow people out of subscriptions. Apparently other people have experienced this. Buyer beware.

I have never given a review but after the horrible experience I couldn't just accept being treated so bad. I was extremely let down by this company. I ordered one thing and received something completely different. When I called for help I was told that I did indeed order the right thing but something went wrong with the intake form. I was expecting they would resolve the issue but instead i was told that they had already mixed the prescription and that they recommended i just take what was sent an they would give me 25$ off my next order. 3 times i was asked to "just take what was sent". This was completely unprofessional and crooked. I would never recommend this company and hope they do not get away with type of stuff for much longer. Hopefully if you are reading this you will be able to use one of the multiple reputable companys offering the same services.
