I have found that anytime I have had a question someone gets back to me rally fast. The medicine has come on time and locates in bag with ice. Everything you need is provided for you. I wish my everyday medicine was this easy. They give medication in steps. Each month the dose has increased this has made is that I have not experienced side effects that some of my friends have experienced. The weight loss has been slower but not sick. I have lost 10lbs in 3 months.

I signed up for ReadyRX in early January 2025 & initially the follow up was slow. Within a few days a rep shared with me that they were being affected by the LA fires & apologized. After that everything has been great, timely, & very professional. Today I had occasion to speak with Kate who quickly helped me through a personal situation on my second order with RemedyRX. She was thorough, helpful, kind, listened to me, & called me back quickly with a final solution for my issue. This is a well run company with well trained staff & Doctors. Daniel was so patient with me and he kept reassuring me that he was there for me and wanted to help me get all the help I needed. Reacted is very helpful and the doctor listened to everything I said. He responded immediately to my concerns without hesitation. I put my trust in them completely. They were helpful and answered every question I had. I am anxious to lose weight and get this hunger noise quieted down along with learning more about planning my meals. I can’t wait to see what kind of meal plans they set up for me. I just found out yesterday that meal planning is another great service they offer!

Joined ReadyRX a few months ago. Process was pretty straightforward. Did it all online with the help of a lovely lady named Kim that helped guide me with options and pricing beforehand. Intake was easy, approval process was quick and meds shipped out almost next day it seemed. Definitely recommend!
