This book is amazingly cute and the customer service is great! They had a problem with the binding of some books and sent out an email letting us know and sent out a new book immediately!! Highly recommend and will order more in the future.

Book arrived with a very poor binding. I am working with the customer service rep to have this issue corrected. They assured me that they are having a new book printed and shipped overnight. Waiting patiently....

Adorable and great quality. They edited the picture perfectly to fit my little one’s face on the characters. Quick turn around time also. Couldn’t be happier with this gift

I loved seeing my grandson's name and face in this book. I can't wait to give it to him!!!

I am not satisfied with the construction of the book. The staples and glue are visible and when you turn the page they pucker where the staples are. I have emailed the company and awaiting a response from them. Within minutes of sending an email about this book I received a response (on a Saturday Night no less). The company apparently discovered an issue with the binding yesterday and have remedied how the books are bound. I have been told that a new book is already ordered and will ship as quickly as possible. I am impressed with the quick response from the company and will be awaiting the arrival of the replacement. 12/11/18 I just received my replacement book and I absolutely love it. The company found an issue with the binding of my book and reprinted it and shipped it very quickly for me. I will definitely purchase more items from them. Their customer service is Top Notch. Thank you so much my Princess #4 is going to love receiving this for Christmas.
