I ordered two books for my grandchildren at Christmas, and was very pleased to find that the quality of the product is outstanding. Because my grandson asked for his “Monster Mess” to be read every single night (and often throughout the day!) I ordered a second one for his March birthday, and another for his sister. The quality of the photos I chose wasn’t great, and I quickly recieved an email from Jeanette, asking for better photos. She worked with me tirelessly, and I am beyond pleased with the result. I’m thrilled to recommend this company, for the high quality product, and extraordinary customer service.

The book was great but the customer service was even better. I was contacted that one of the pictures I chose was “grainy”. I sent other options and they stayed in contact on what ones worked best. Their responses were timely and straight forward. I also had a binding problem. They requested I send a picture of the defect and within days I had a brand new book.

I am very happy with the book! It is a present for my grandson's birthday and I think he will be thrilled with it, too!

These books are so unique and fun! They are such a great gift for your child, or as a gift to others. Wonderful customer service made it an easy transaction.

My order came with defective binding. Within a day I got an email from the company about possible problems with some orders! I sent in photos and got an immediate response and they quickly sent me a new book. It is beautiful and I am very happy with my purchase. I would order again. Excellent customer service!
