Great customer service!
I received the ring I ordered quickly, but it was unfortunately a bit too large for my finger. The contacted customer service and was taken care of right away and my new ring was shipped quickly and I’m very happy. The ring is beautiful and a great quality!

The ring is very pretty
The ring is very pretty, but I honestly wish I had ordered the 3-carat size. The photo made the 2-carat stone look like the perfect size, but in person it appears smaller than I expected. I considered exchanging it, but after reading through the return and exchange instructions, the process felt like too much of a hassle—especially knowing I could be without a ring for weeks. Because of that, I decided to keep it, but I’m definitely a little bummed that I didn’t go with the larger size.
