I had a very disappointing experience with Read Your Heart. I purchased an engagement ring for $269.94 on March 30, 2026. After receiving the ring, I had to exchange it for a different size, which I did. Unfortunately, several months later, while my wife was wearing the replacement ring, the center stone came out of the four-prong setting and was lost. I contacted the company because I was extremely disappointed with the quality and requested a full refund. Instead of offering a refund, they told me the order was outside their 30-day return period and repeatedly offered to send another ring only if I paid an additional $80, then $60, and ultimately $40. I did not want another ring or to spend additional money after the original ring failed. I understand that their policy has a 30-day return period, but I was disappointed that there was no reasonable resolution when the center stone came out of the ring during normal wear. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the product and how my complaint was handled, and I would not purchase from this company again.

Purchased 2 rings from your company, The 2 carat art deco gallery vintage Moissanite Milgrain & blue accent engagement ring was not as pictured. However the 1 carat Halo Bezel Moisanite vintage art deco engagement ring is stunning. I wrote an email requesting a return label. Followed all instructions and have NOT heard back or received an authorization. I wanted to exchange the 2 carat art deco ring for the 1 carat Halo bezel ring in size 6.5. But no response from your company.

PACKAGE was delivered open ring was missing all packaging g was in envelope including empty ring bix. I want to speak with sn agent no response in 3 days.

I ordered a ring, which shipped quickly and is exactly as pictured. It came with an additional ring, which I also love. No problems here.
