Additionally, we have not received any inquiries regarding this matter via our live chat support or email. Please note that subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, if the cancellation occurred after the end of your current billing period, it is standard for the payment to be processed. We want to emphasize that we are always happy to issue refunds for valid cases and would never deny a legitimate refund request.
