Your sales people are too pushy; they don't take 'No' for an answer, and that is frustrating.

Mr. Silver contacted me about publishing my book. I had been scammed with some other company. He proves to me that great people still do exist and got my book moving towards the final stages in no time. I am ai thankful that he made contact with me. I am also working with him to get my next project done as well.

The project I most wanted them to do was to convert a mathematical book from one font to another, including thousands of mathematical symbols. I could not give them access to the AMS LATEX file and the job was extremely difficult without such tex files. At times, when I thought we should abandon this effort, they kept working on it and came through at the end.
