Let me just start by saying the glasses style looked great but the frames were trash, they broke in less than a month. However the customer service was exceptional, they made the return very simple, fast and easy. They just need to carry higher quality products.

This was the first time I have ever bought any reading glasses of TV 📺, I was very nervous, and very very disappointed in how long it took for them to get here but, let's be honest here, that could be due to covid, they seem great, and are 100x better than the dollar tree cheap crap I buy in bulk because they stretch out, become loose fitting, and break so often,as long as these stand the test of time I would definitely reorder i even like them better than the ones I got from Amazon .and really love the large selection

I will give the customer service 5 stars, as for the frames not so much I have purchased several pairs and every pair broke pretty quick, they did replace them but now the replacement ones broke too, they did last a little longer than the first pairs, I'm a little disappointed because I really like that particular pair, I don't want to keep buying them if they're going to keep breaking.

I like the selection and ease but the coupon come-on seemed like bait and switch. When I entered the code I was not allowed the teaser price even though my order met the parameters given.
