I have purchased glasses twice. My order/ delivery was seamless. The quality has been good each time. My parents were impressed with my purchases that they are now ordering from Readers.com. And I will be a returning customer.

This is the second time that I have purchased from readers, I had liked my previous purchase and they held up well. This time I was sent the wrong glasses with the wrong strength. I had emailed customer service twice without a response (with COVID 19, these are unusual times) but did get through to them by phone yesterday. I was very impressed with the way they rectified the situation (mistakes happen, the key for me is how companies handle it). Customer service went above and beyond to address the situation. Thank you. I will be coming back to readers again in the future!

A terrible company. They said that customer service is our number one concern it's a lie. I ordered glasses the first time got them with that issue. Ordered a second pair of glasses and more. They're supposed to be here a while ago and they're still not here. Bad customer service no response no way to contact them through phone or email. By far the worst customer experience next to eBay and PayPal. What awful organizations **** Readers did finally get ahold of me prior to the comments below from them and made everything better. I have completed changed around my review. They took the extra mile to make it correct. i started as a 1 and changed to a 5 by editing my review.

Thank you for your feedback. We're so sorry for the difficulty you experienced while trying to reach us. The health and safety of our team members is our highest priority as we navigate the COVID-19 outbreak in the United States. With that in mind, we have limited the number of team members in the office at any given time as a precaution to keep our team and their families healthy by practicing social distancing. Providing excellent service is at the heart of our mission, and while we’re working as hard as we can to continue ship orders quickly and provide timely responses, we have experienced lengthy delays due to these unforeseen circumstances. We have been responding to all inquiries in the order in which we receive them. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this causes and greatly appreciate your understanding. Please feel to call our Customer Happiness Team by calling 1-800-210-3975 for assistance setting up a return/exchange of your defective glasses.

For the price, you get a quality pair of glasses. I have purchased bifocals before. I'm a very satisfied customer. I would recommend this company to anyone needing reader classes

I have 3 pair and just love them. I’ve had them for 6 months and they’re as good as new. Stylish, good quality, and sturdy. My mom now wants a pair, so I will order a pair for her. Keep up the good work Readers!

I really hate to see those one star reviews… Here’s my Kudos... I misplace my first pair of sunglasses ... So I really need sunglasses because I’m sensitive to the sunlight… So I immediately went to readers.com to see what was available and if I could get the same sunglasses… And then I thought I’d check out Amazon… Amazon has Readers.com as one of their sellers... I placed an order with Amazon… Went back to Readers.com... And my previous purchased sunglasses were on sale for about half the price… I called Readers.com They canceled my Amazon order… My final cost was way less then half price of the Amazon glasses... I highly appreciate you Readers.com
