Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry for the difficulty you experienced while trying to reach our Customer Happiness Team and that you were sent the incorrect glasses. Shortly after the stay-at-home orders began, our business was running as expected. In April, we saw a surge in orders like we’ve never seen before. The surge in orders, combined with a smaller team due to extra safety measures taken in our office and warehouse to ensure a safe environment for our team members, created significant challenges for us.
