Outstanding customer service. SIM card arrived quickly. Activation went flawlessly. My personal and business are now using Reach Mobile and I couldn't be happier. Their plans are fairly priced and I love that if I don't use my data, they charge at the lower rate plan. I have encouraged several friends and relatives to switch to Reach Mobile.

Coming from another country I had some problems with other companies to activate my account. No problems at all with Reach. They have very good customer service, either by chat or over the phone.

Went with Reach based on Trustpilot reviews and price - have not been disappointed. Reach has been available via text from the moment I signed up - excellent customer service, never a wait. I would recommend Reach based on what I've experienced for sure. I needed a phone as I was moving back to the US from the UK and of course my existing phone was GSM and not compatible. Reach was reasonable-priced for a new phone and 30 bucks a month for service. took less than a week, phone arrived day before SIM card. activation took a few hours and a few restarts but worked and I've no issues. Reach so far has impressed me...

amazing customer service-- went above and beyond keeping in touch with me well into the late hours of the night as I tried to get my issues switching from another carrier resolved before work tomorrow morning... already the actual cell service is so much better than my previous carrier (Mint mobile had such slow data, messages took forever to send, and I even had problems calling people)
