Took 6 days to ship an in stock part. Then delayed. Missed delivery target 2 times and still no part. Unacceptable.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service with RCMart. It took over two months to receive my order! They said it would be within 10 days at one point, at which it was a month later. I still haven't received my second package from them. When I email to inquire about the missing products, I simply get a reply "we are not shipping company". I will not shop from this company again and would not recommend their shop to anyone else.

Love this site so much, i recommend to my friend to order on this site, great n low price, the customer service was very nice when i contact by email, the respon is fast. thank you rcmart, eventhough the distance very far but the delivery made like so close,,
