Lost my knives
Tried to withdraw items, it said not all items were owned, I refreshed and the items were gone and I can't get them. Lost 6 chroma cookiecanes.

Hi Avery, Thanks so much for reaching out and letting us know — we’re really sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal. RBXMoney is currently still in beta, and we’re actively working through some of the quirks, especially with how the interface behaves on mobile. In some cases, items may appear to vanish when the screen layout doesn't show the full menu — but don’t worry, they’re not gone. To fix this, please try clicking the + icon in the top right of the site and navigate through the deposit menu to access your items and withdraw them properly. This workaround usually resolves the issue while we work on a permanent solution. We totally understand how losing items can feel, and we’re here to help you get this sorted out.
