Good amount of godlies for a very good…
Good amount of godlies for a very good price, but one thing I hate about it, are the bots. The bots always take at least an hour to be fixed. But this time it took 15 hours? Highly unbelievable. It may get to the point where LOLGA is better than this website. And not only that. A former teammate that goes by “val” doesn’t help? No response within even 5 HOURS?? Like, what? This website has highly bad customer service. I would recommend LOLGA, and not this. Once the bots are back up, I will take my weapons and move to LOLGA

It started off great/ but sadly not anymore
It started off great. I’ve bought quite a few items. But these last 2 times when I click to join the bot. It’s not in the server. So I didn’t get the Iceblaster or the shark I ordered. I won’t order anything again until it’s fixed. I tried chatting on support and no one has answered. So far it went from a 5 star experience to a 1 star :(

Bonjour, Je me permets de vous contacter concernant un problème que j’ai rencontré après un achat d’items sur votre site pour le jeu Murder Mystery 2 (MM2) sur Roblox. J’ai passé commande et suivi les instructions pour récupérer mes objets en rejoignant le bot via la commande fournie. Cependant, je n’avais pas encore atteint le niveau 10 sur mon compte Roblox, donc la fonctionnalité d’échange n’était pas encore débloquée. En conséquence, je n’ai pas pu recevoir les items. En retournant dans mon inventaire sur votre site, je me suis rendu compte que les objets avaient disparu, alors que je ne les ai jamais récupérés dans le jeu. Je vous remercie par avance pour votre aide et reste à votre disposition pour toute information complémentaire (nom d’utilisateur, numéro de commande, etc.).

Bonjour ! Veuillez nous excuser pour la gêne occasionnée. Vous devez posséder un compte MM2 de niveau 10 pour pouvoir échanger. Une fois ce compte obtenu, cliquez sur l'icône du portefeuille en haut à droite du site web, sélectionnez « Déposer des objets », puis sélectionnez MM2. Vous serez invité à rejoindre un bot. Faites-le, échangez avec le bot et vous recevrez vos objets. Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez rencontré des difficultés lors du retrait, mais soyez assuré que vos objets ne sont pas perdus.

Not a bad website just very buggy
Not a bad website just very buggy, Im having trouble getting the godlies i purchased and i have proof of purchase and payment and i even friended a supposed bot but i cant get into the private server. Please help.

Lost my knives
Tried to withdraw items, it said not all items were owned, I refreshed and the items were gone and I can't get them. Lost 6 chroma cookiecanes.

RBXMoney is currently still in beta, and we’re actively working through some of the quirks, especially with how the interface behaves on mobile. In some cases, items may appear to vanish when the screen layout doesn't show the full menu — but don’t worry, they’re not gone. To fix this, please try clicking the + icon in the top right of the site and navigate through the deposit menu to access your items and withdraw them properly. This workaround usually resolves the issue while we work on a permanent solution. We totally understand how losing items can feel, and we’re here to help you get this sorted out. Hi there, I recently tried using RBXMoney to trade some items, but unfortunately I didn’t receive anything. It seems like the bot wasn’t online at the time, so the transaction didn’t go through properly. Could someone please help me out or check what happened?

It’s alright
It alright, just lacks some key features, like slow crypto deposits and high fee card deposits. And no 24/7 live support.
