I didnt get how to claim my items at first, but with some help from their support team i was able to. I did have some trouble with a bot not having what i had ordered but i resolved that.

We're so sorry for the difficulties but take into account that the current site version is just a beta test, so bugs are to be expected. We will be releasing an update in the next week which should solve all current bugs.

omg i used this all the time and i love it but.. i just bought old glory and i got everything else that i bought and withdrawed it but i did not receive my old glory please help!!

Easy to buy and sell and automated, used a lot. Card deposit fees are a bit high but understandable. Overall I prefer it over other places
