About Rayonshine

Rayonshine makes lighting that looks like sculpture when it's switched off and gives a soft, even glow when it's on. Our strongest work is on the wall: fluted brass rod sconces, mirrored bow sconces, scalloped and petal-shaped flush mounts. Around them sit hand-shaped glass pendants, amber glass chandeliers and brushed stainless steel table lamps. Where your light is madeMost pieces are made to order in our own 12,000 m² workshop in Guangdong, China, which is why you can often choose the finish, size or color temperature. A smaller range is held in US stock. Every product page shows which it is and the expected delivery time, so you know before you pay. What every order includes- Free standard shipping to the contiguous United States- 30-day returns with no restocking fee- 1-year warranty against defects- Secure, encrypted checkout through Shopify Who we light forHomeowners, interior designers and hotel projects. Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a floor lamp from them and I regretted that I didn’t do my research first. I thought they will ship from California but instead they shipped from China and it took a while the first time. Then they told me it got lost so they send another one. By the time I received it’s one month later. The lamp is fine. It however looks cheaper in person so i decided I want to return. I also thought it was missing one accessory which later was found. But I’ve already made up my mind because it didn’t go well with my room. The return process is super painful. I emailed their CS told them i want to return. They however kept asking me to take photos of the lamp because they’re sure they pack everything. I had to repeat myself hundreds of times that I do not wish to keep the lamp because it simply didn’t work for me. But this CS just ignored everything I said and insisted that because they packed everything therefore I should keep the lamp. They said if I want to return I have to pay the shipping which didn’t say in their return policy on the website. It clearly stated that if you’re eligible for a return (which I am because I contacted them right away so it’s still in the 30 day return window) they will bear all the cost and I will get 100% refund. At this point they are still repeating the same words of how they shipped everything and not getting my point that I just don’t want the lamp anymore. Like have you not ever been a customer? You order something online and when you see it in person you don’t like it and want to return. What’s so hard to understand?

Hi Jane Lee, Thank you for sharing your feedback and I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your order. I understand how frustrating it can be when an item does not meet your expectations and the return process is not as smooth as you anticipated. We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases and we regret that we did not meet your expectations in this instance. Based on your feedback, I will address your concerns: Shipping Delays and Origin: I apologize for any confusion regarding the shipping origin and delays. We are working on improving our communication about shipping times and origins to set clearer expectations. Return Process: I apologize for any frustration caused by our return process. While we request photos to assess any issues with the product, we understand your primary concern is that the lamp does not suit your space. We should have been more accommodating in addressing your return request based on this reason alone. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our service. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right. Best regards, Martin The Rayonshine Team
