Dear Michael Donovan, We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback. We would like to kindly clarify that our return process follows a standard procedure to help us properly understand the situation and provide the most suitable solution. Requesting photos or videos is not intended to delay the process, but rather to help our team verify the issue and determine whether it is related to product quality, installation, or missing/incorrect components. We also want to clarify that we did not intend to threaten you regarding return shipping costs. We were simply explaining the available options, as international returns can involve higher shipping expenses, and we wanted to make sure you had all the information before making a decision. Throughout the communication, our team has been actively working with you and trying to find a resolution. We always aim to support our customers and resolve concerns as fairly and efficiently as possible. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we hope we can continue working with you to find a satisfactory solution. Best regards, Customer Service Team

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for taking the time to lay this out — you're right to be frustrated, and we owe you an apology. You paid for expedited shipping and your order did not move on the timeline you were promised. On top of that, we told you the package had shipped on June 11 when the label wasn't actually created until the 13th. That was wrong — you deserved accurate information, not reassurance that didn't match reality. We've processed a refund of $342 to your original payment method. If anything about the resolution still doesn't sit right, please email me directly at [[email protected]] and I'll make sure it's handled personally. We let you down on an order that clearly mattered, and we're sorry. — Martin, Rayonshine

Dear Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry for the issue you experienced and we understand how frustrating and disappointing this situation can be for you. Receiving a damaged product, especially one that does not meet expectations, is an experience we do not wish for any of our customers. LED lights can be damaged during shipping and we apologize for this. We are committed to ensuring that the issue is resolved for you as quickly as possible. Product Authenticity and Design We take concerns about product authenticity very seriously. All products sold on Rayonshine.com are original products from our own brand, Rayonshine. Our team works closely with manufacturers and international design partners to create custom lighting products that match well-known designs in both form and function. While our designs may resemble popular styles, they are unbranded and are not sold under any third-party brand names. We would like to clarify that this is not a counterfeit or knockoff, but an unbranded version of a designer piece. We take pride in the quality of our products and want our customers to have confidence in their purchases. Each item undergoes a rigorous quality control process before being shipped. Product Videos and Transparency You can watch our product videos on our website to learn more about the product details. This proves that the item you received is consistent in appearance and function with what is displayed on our website. Company Legality and Logistics Rayonshine is a registered legal company with offices in the United States and the United Kingdom. All our products are manufactured in factories in Asia and shipped directly from the factories to your destination to ensure efficient delivery and affordability. Customer Satisfaction Commitment We are confident in the quality of our products and provide a satisfaction guarantee to ensure that your purchase is completely risk-free. In this case, we hope to provide you with a fair solution. We can arrange a replacement lamp, refund or provide other feasible solutions for you. Regarding the damaged LED lamp, we have shared a video guide to demonstrate how to replace it. The replacement process is very simple, if you need any help in the process, please feel free to contact us directly. Our customer service team has been actively following up on your case and working hard to help you. Please check your inbox for our recent emails. If you missed it, we are happy to resend any relevant information. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
