Despite the conflict in Ukraine and the current conflict in the Middle East, my Anima arrived in less than two weeks. The package traveled via Moscow, Dubai, London, and finally Cologne to Ulm. The RAV team was always diligent in tracking the shipment and processing it as quickly as possible. A tip for all German customers reading this before ordering: be sure to register the package with customs via DHL in advance to avoid long import delays! The Anima is a wonderful instrument, but for someone like me who hasn't worked much with chords before, it's not entirely easy to play intuitively. However, this doesn't diminish the enjoyment in any way. I would especially like to commend Kate from customer support, who often replies the same day and makes every effort to answer all customer inquiries. 🍀🙏 Many thanks to the entire RAV team for these wonderful instruments! 🔥

Von der Bestellung bis zu Ankunft der Rav Vast Anima, waren wir ständig im Kontakt. Der Zoll brauchte etwas länger, Die Verpackung war robust, alles heil angekommen. Und der Klang ist beruhigend. Die neue Beschichtung ist pflegeleichter, nur mit einem trockenen Tuch abwischen. Es war den ganzen Aufwand und das Geld wert. Und zum Glück griffen die IMpostbeschränkungen der EU nicht, wonach man keine Luxusgütern über 1500,- Euro importieren darf.

Great instruments and really good customer support. My instrument was stuck in German customs and RAV did everything they could (fast) to help me out. No my RAV Anima is here and it's so beautiful I have to cry!

I recently received my RAV Anima and I absolutely love it. The instrument is beautifully made and the sound is truly magical and calming. Even as a beginner, it is very enjoyable to play and explore different sounds. You can really feel the quality and craftsmanship that went into making it. The customer service was also excellent. Kate from the RAV team was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend RAV Vast instruments to anyone interested in handpans or steel tongue drums. It was definitely worth the wait.

Not only are these truly wonderful instruments, customer service is always amazing. I had a RAV which arrived with a tiny bit of rust on it, no questions asked they sent me a replacement.

First, the selection and purchase process was excellent! The website provides exactly the information one needs to make the right choice about which tongue drum to buy. The interactive sample sound file there, where you can actually "play" the drum to see how its sounds is fantastic! Delivery went perfectly. The drums are incredibly well packaged for total protection. And then, there is the drum itself. From striking the first note and experiencing the incredible sustain, I knew my drum experience had profoundly changed forever. These drums are in a class of their own. The quality of the build and the tone are incredible. I made a great choice thanks to the RAV Drum experience. Thank you!
