I bought the Rav Vast B RUS and absolutely in love with it! Not only its an amazing instrument, most importantly the customer service was extremely efficient, reliable and friendly. It was a great experience!

I love my Rav Vast drums. Their sound is rich, soothing, and resonant, offering endless possibilities for improvisation, creating music, or even discovering the music within you for the first time. These drums can help anyone unlock or evolve their musical potential, whether focused on serious music or spontaneous improvisation. Either way, they bring unmatched joy—guaranteed. I currently play the Rav Vast Moon F#m A-Ariumi and the Rav Vast B Major Indigo drums, and the way the notes flow together sparks even more creativity in me. They’ll do the same for you, as long as you’re determined to make serious music with them and explore and play however you wish. My Rav Vast drums have elevated my musical game, allowing me to start creating meaningful pieces that will resonate with others. In addition to being a creative tool, these Rav Vast drums are perfect for meditation, mindfulness, and more. Their calming and resonant tones make them ideal for reflection and inner peace. The drums are solidly built, designed to last, and are a great investment for players of any skill level. They do not require tuning unless mishandled or not properly cared for, which is why I chose them over handpans. Tuning can be expensive, but with Rav Vast drums, you can enjoy a handpan-like experience without the extra cost of tuning. Their exceptional build quality, combined with a sound that’s both calming and dynamic, makes them perfect for personal practice or live performance. I also want to commend the Rav Vast team for their excellent customer service, based in the USA. They were incredibly helpful in answering my questions. I highly recommend the Rav Vast team, along with the Rav Vast Moon F#m A-Ariumi and Rav Vast B Major Indigo drums, to anyone seeking high-quality, inspiring instruments that are undoubtedly serious and exceptional. This is my first honest review, based on my personal experience with my new drums. Get the one you like, and if you don’t love it, return it. But I doubt you will after experiencing the drums for yourself. This is my final review. After consistently exploring and playing both the Rav Vast F# Minor A-Ariumi and the B Major Indigo for several weeks, I’ve come to appreciate the distinct voices and strengths each instrument brings. The F# Minor A-Ariumi truly shines in slow to mid-tempo compositions and improvisations, with its long sustain and rich, meditative tone making it ideal for ambient, emotional, mindfulness, and introspective music—where each note has time to breathe and resonate. While faster rhythmic playing is possible with proper muting and striking techniques, its natural voice thrives in spacious, soulful soundscapes. Tapping sounds may occur when attempting fast-paced pieces without advanced technique, which can disrupt a composition’s flow. On the other hand, the B Major Indigo definitely offers a brighter, more uplifting tone that encourages playful, melodic expression. It also shines in slow to mid-tempo compositions and improvisations but handles faster tempos more comfortably, thanks to its balanced tuning and clearer articulation. It’s great for joyful, flowing pieces and more rhythmic playing. In general, both drums are great for free playing when you want to relax without needing extensive musical knowledge. However, they will challenge beginners and push any player’s creativity when it comes to composing more unique, coherent musical pieces. With time, consistency, patience and serious dedication, it seems that this challenge can certainly be overcome if your ultimate goal is to improve your drumming skills and create beautiful music. If you already have experience with other instruments, general musical knowledge, and percussion skills, you'll be able to hit the ground running and quickly produce music you never expected to create with the Rav Vast drums. By the way, if the drums get a little cold, they temporarily seem to lose some of their sustain and warmth, but the resonance returns once it reaches a normal temperature. Make sure your hands are warm too, as cold fingers seem to affect the sound. Also, be sure to read the manual that comes with your Rav Vast drum to learn how to properly care for it. I recommend taking the time to listen to all the drums the company offers for sale before purchasing the one you want. These reviews are completely my own, and I’m not influenced by anyone to promote these drums. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time, I made an exception again.

Great instrument! Sound is so deep and incredible! We can't stop!!!

Love my E Low Pygmy Rav Vast. I got it so I could play duets with my Kosmosky New Wave, but the Rav Vast is now my favorite instrument. I love playing it with mallets and especially like the really low E note that sounds like a gong. The instrument is very relaxing. Olga was very helpful answering my questions when I was trying to decide on a scale.

It took me months to choose a scale. I got a lot of help on the online chat and loved the virtual player on their website. I live in mexico and got my Rav delivered to my brother's place in California, when I finally got to play it I was really impressed. Ended up getting the 432hz A integral scale and I'm integrating it in my sound healing practice. Was a little concerned about bringing it back on board the plane but had no problem at all, carried it in it's bag. These instruments are magical.
