I ordered this OTF knife and really like how it feels in my hand. Unfortunately, the blade fails to deploy and lock into place most of the time. It feels as though the blade is coming off its track. Before going through the inconvenience and expense of returning the knife for repair, I contacted the company to ask whether this is a known issue and if there might be a simple solution I could safely perform myself. However, I never received a response. If the company is unwilling to respond to a basic product-support question, it is difficult for me to feel confident about sending the knife in for repair. At this point, I am concerned that doing so may only result in additional time, shipping costs, and frustration without any assurance that the issue will be resolved.
