custom design portal where we submit our ideas is super fast and easy. Quality of print and material for clothing is really good. My old jerseys are still in good condition and haven't ripped easy or button popping off.

Amazing experience with Rave Bonfire! I order 2 custom jerseys I explained what I wanted and with in 72 hrs max I had my dream matching jerseys for my boyfriend and I. The quality I can say is better then some jerseys I’ve bought in the past to the point I was honestly surprised. Over all my experience was a 10/10

no support for missing order
Ive ordered numerous jerseys. delivery takes a while. my most recent order of 2 jerseys were never delivered. When I contacted support, they said they cant do anything because I didnt say my package was missing "within 14 days of delivery". how tf do i know about that 14 day window, especially if the items were never delivered. they refuse to refund or replace the missing items. save your money, go elsewhere

We’re sorry, but this review does not accurately reflect what happened. Your order was marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier, and this was also confirmed directly with the carrier. You contacted us about this issue around 4 months after delivery, long after the normal claim window and only after the tracking page was no longer publicly showing the full details. We always help customers when a package is genuinely lost or delayed, and we have refunded or replaced orders many times when the issue is reported in a reasonable timeframe. However, we cannot open a missing-package claim months later for an order that was already confirmed as delivered. Our 14-day delivery issue policy exists because shipping carriers require missing-package claims to be reported quickly. Waiting several months makes it impossible to properly investigate or file a valid claim. We understand your frustration, but saying the order was “never delivered” is not consistent with the carrier confirmation we received. We did not refuse to help without reason — the order was confirmed delivered, and the issue was reported far outside the allowed timeframe.

So happy with my purchase
So happy with how the jersey came out! Amazing customer service who made the customization process so easy. I was super impressed with the quality it looks even better than I expected, sharp image and heavy material. They don’t disappoint!!

Rave Bonfire is the BEST COMPANY hands down! They have created many custom jerseys for me and my family and friends! They always go above and beyond to make sure it’s exactly as I envisioned! The jerseys are high quality and very well made! I know alot of love goes into every single item they make, and I can’t wait to order more and more! I highly recommend them for everything!

Great Quality Great Customer Support
I was a first time buyer to rave bonfire after seeing a jersey I liked so I bought it arrived in the time given but the size wasn't quite right so I contacted support and they sorted out and now have a perfect fit.
