Rave Bonfire is a fully licensed company, registered as an LLC in the State of Colorado. We have dressed the rave community for years and work openly with artists and DJs,. "Will not arrive on time." Let's do the math together, Erik. You ordered on August 31, 2026. Checkout clearly says 5 to 7 business days for production plus 2 to 4 days for shipping, so 7 to 11 business days total. USPS delivered to your front door on September 14, 2026. Count with us: September 1, 2, 3 and 4 is 4 days. Skip the weekend. Skip Labor Day, since it's a federal holiday and USPS was off too. September 8, 9, 10 and 11 is 8 days. Skip the weekend again. September 14 is 9 days. That's 9 business days. Even counting the day you ordered, it's 10. You emailed us insisting it was 12. We're not sure where the extra days came from, but they didn't come from the calendar. "No returns." Our published policy offers size exchanges within 14 days, store credit, and free replacement or reprint for any defect, damage, or incorrect item reported within 7 days. You never submitted a single request. "Low quality." We make some of the best jerseys on the market, and we wear them ourselves. We're ravers too, so we know exactly what we're putting on the festival floor and what our customers deserve. Thousands of happy ravers and the artists who wear our jerseys on stage agree. "Scammers." Funny thing about scammers: they don't ship. USPS tracking reads word for word: "Your item was delivered at the front door or porch at 12:49 pm on September 14, 2026." That's your front door, Erik, not ours. We produced your order specifically for you, shipped it inside the promised timeframe, and it landed on your porch with tracking proof from start to finish. We've sent that tracking to Trustpilot, so the receipts are on file. So, to recap: the "scammers" made your jerseys, shipped them and got them to your door. We’re sorry, but this review does not accurately reflect what happened. Your order was marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier, and this was also confirmed directly with the carrier. You contacted us about this issue around 4 months after delivery, long after the normal claim window and only after the tracking page was no longer publicly showing the full details. We always help customers when a package is genuinely lost or delayed, and we have refunded or replaced orders many times when the issue is reported in a reasonable timeframe. However, we cannot open a missing-package claim months later for an order that was already confirmed as delivered. Our 14-day delivery issue policy exists because shipping carriers require missing-package claims to be reported quickly. Waiting several months makes it impossible to properly investigate or file a valid claim. We understand your frustration, but saying the order was “never delivered” is not consistent with the carrier confirmation we received. We did not refuse to help without reason — the order was confirmed delivered, and the issue was reported far outside the allowed timeframe.
