Ordered to wrong adress and they helped big time

Recently, I found out that this brand used my personal photo to market their products. I just happened to visit their website one day and saw my photo first thing when the site loaded. I texted the website URL to friends and once again, my photo showed up as the thumbnail. They never asked me for permission to do this. Granted, I did tag them 2 years ago when I posted it on my Instagram account. However, a tag is not an authorization for the brand to use my photo, especially on something as prominent as the main photo on their website and URL thumbnail/link preview. I contacted the brand and they took down my photo. I appreciate their prompt action and response. However, I'm disappointed that they did not apologize. Accountability costs a business almost nothing and does a lot to rebuild trust and respect. Per Instagram's Community Terms of Use: "Everyone on the Service is prohibited from doing the following: Being deceptive, or doing anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent, or violating someone else’s rights (including using their content without permission)." I don’t think what they did fits with Instagram’s own rules about using people’s content without permission. I'm giving 1 star for this experience, but I do like the jerseys, so I'll add a star for the product.

Huge selection of jerseys ranging from classic styles/artist insignia to designs of pure custom creative chaos (so fun to browse through). Custom service was quick to help and answer questions. Nice quality too. I took off a star because there was an issue with the order I placed. Initially it was my fault, I accidentally purchased a customized version of a jersey instead of the original. I reached out to them on Instagram and they were wonderful. Customer service quickly adjusted the order for me on their end but ultimately when I received the jersey, it was still the customized version. I reached out to their Instagram again out of curiosity. Kindly, and without me even asking, they sent proof of their contact with the department necessary to make the change. I was disappointed at first but the jersey is still sick and my boyfriend loved it despite the mix up. I’ll definitely get another one for myself from ravebonfire in the future.

I will consider changing this if there is ever a resolution to my problem. I ordered 2 jerseys over a month ago and only recived one of them. 3 weeks ago. I have reached out to customer service to be gaslight that its on the way when it has not in fact been shipped according to the information they provided. When I pointed this out they said it takes 24-48 hrs to update tracking information. I have been checking for a week now with no movement. Customer service started treating me like im being impatient even though the original order was placed almost 5 weeks ago at this point. I have been beyond patient and beyond polite considering this was thier mess up for not sending me everything I paid for. This is become very frustrating at this point.

Super easy process! I ordered 2 jerseys and stupidly ordered one the wrong size. Both Jerseys are great quality and happy with purchase. In addition they are helping me get the size I need.

Such a beautiful company and the quality of their designs is unreal, there interface for custom jersey requests is super simple, tell them what you’d like and give some reference art and done. Can’t wait to see how my jersey turns out. So far 10/10.

Rave Bonfire had an easy user interface and an intuitive checkout process. They had a variety of designs and included a sizing chart as a guide. The customer service was prompt and friendly when I reached out to them regarding shipping concerns.
