I found one order in our system under this name, and tracking shows it was picked up at the post office on the date of this review, after being available since February 3rd. We reached out to Jordan on another site she left a review on, and after looking into it, found he had not received the shipping notification email, and wasn't aware that the package was at his post office I apologize, I did not see a picture to know your gender. Our free shipping option notes that we do not provide tracking information with that option for shipping. This is because a large number of packages that we ship using our free shipping method go by flat rate envelope, and USPS does not provide tracking numbers for that class of mail. We apologize that you did not receive the shipping confirmation email on that order. Our techs looked into it and have resolved the issue. Our customer service team strives to answer emails in the order that they are received, as quickly as possible. Customer service does not handle these reviews, we have a different person for that, and different people for social media as well.

We're so sorry to hear you had issues with the germination of your seed. We germ test every lot of seed before we offer it for sale, but there are many things that can affect germination after it leaves our warehouse. For this reason, we do offer a 2 year germination guarantee on all of our seeds.

We germ test every lot of seed before we offer it for sale, but there are many things that can affect germination after it leaves our warehouse. For this reason, we do offer a 2 year germination guarantee on all of our seeds. Our seed packs are filled using a machine based on weight, with someone there watching for the odd one that isn't filled correctly, but now and then one gets through. We're always happy to work with you on any issues with your order, just email and let us know, and we'll make it right.
