I have ordered three times this year and so far have been happy with the experience. Some seeds perform better than others, and I am not sure whether I can attribute to the growing conditions vs the quality of seeds. I am in zone 6a. The Atakama onion seeds are problematic, with very low germination rate (only one out of 9 pots) but very happy with the Hamburg Rooted Parsley - it never bolted the entire summer with several weeks over 95F. I can pick the tops and recently started digging up the roots. Such a wonderful plant. Overall the seeds I ordered are above average.

I saw several ads for Bakers Creek on Facebook and thought to give them a try. I ordered their beautiful catalog, it is filled with all sorts of information regarding their seeds. I ordered a few seeds that I wanted to try and I had them within the week. Bakers sent me some free seed packets based on what I ordered and I am excited to try them this fall. My husband recently built me three raised gardens and I decided to plant few seeds to try it out. My plants are already 3 inches tall and I planted them only a week ago. I cannot wait to plant the rest of these seed. What a great investment for my gardens and I see a very good future with Baker Creek and myself!

We've been using them to order seeds for a couple of on-campus gardens for years, and we've always had great experiences with them! We usually order a whole bunch of seeds, and they usually throw in some extra freebie packets too! The only time we ever had an issue was back in March or April when one of our orders got lost in the mail - I emailed them to check in on this, and they reshipped our package ASAP and we got it within the next week or so. Found some really unique seed varieties here that I haven't found anywhere else. My seeds sprouted well this spring and my plants are looking healthy. Super excited to harvest my purple karma barley!
